This world is going through a lot. It's easy to look around, at the news and at our hectic lives and feel overwhelmed. There are so many problems. One's mind is often thrown about from side to side in the emotional chaos that surrounds us. How can we change it? How can we make a difference, as a single person? It's important to take deep breathes and remember to care for ourselves. The more peace we bring into ourselves, the more peace we bring into the world. When we are still living at a point in our own lives, where we are easily thrown off balance, and feel like we loose our strength again and again, we can't do much for the world. We have to start small.. with OUR world. Small steps forward. Planting seeds for tomorrow.
